RollBär is going to be the first of many fast casual dining establishments. Founded by Fahim Ghiacy and the rest of the CBC team in McLean, Virginia, RollBär is an American restaurant that serves a menu of Asian-inspired food. It will cater to all groups of people and all types of creative ideas. RollBär has ambitions beyond just a regular poke bar.
RollBär surges forward while specializing in fresh, made-to-order meals that you cant get anywhere else. The menu is unique and consists of many options such as: egg rolls, sushi burritos, poke bowls, salads and much more. The price of each item is based on the choice of chicken, salmon, shrimp, steak, tofu-based or vegetarian (with crab guacamole salads, which would be at an extra charge otherwise). Other optional toppings are offered free of charge, which include: rice, seaweed, carrots, mangos, and various other toppings with our signature four types of sauces. The menu will also consist of items that will be on a secret menu. Not to mention that we will be serving from alcoholic cocktails from sake to Japanese whiskeys and bubba teas that are infused with alcohol.
